Demo has Begun!!

New Kitchen Placement

We have redesigned the main floor plan for the house and are now going to remodel and expand the kitchen in the front of the house. Here are some new renderings of the new kitchen design.

The old kitchen...

Yeah...that's what we thought too! This kitchen is OLD! And without a doubt going away. Believe it or not, the gas range still works! But this space is destined to be the new dining room. The wall between here and the entry will be removed as well as the wall at the far end (next to the double oven) which will open into the new kitchen.

This is where the kitchen will be...

So...this space, the "2nd bedroom", will become the kitchen area. The wall between this room and the existing kitchen will be removed to make an open flow from the kitchen to the dining room and front of the house. The closet will become a pantry.
